What it does

Guided landmarking

26 landmarks in a fixed sequence with definitions from the SBO-DO handouts, a reference-film crop for each point, expected-area ring, loupe, midpoint tool for bilateral structures, review mode and a repeatability test.

SBO-DO composite analysis

Steiner, Wits, Downs, Björk, Ricketts and face-height ratios with the SN–FH correction factor, deviation grading (± 1 SD, 1–2 SD, > 2 SD), ANB-vs-Wits consistency check and an auto-written executive summary.

Skeletal maturation (CVM)

Four points per vertebra (C2–C4) give the Baccetti stage and the timing of the peak of mandibular growth, with the treatment-timing implication.

Anatomical tracing

Editable Bézier tracing of the cranial base, maxilla, mandible, incisors, molars, vertebrae and soft-tissue profile, initialised from the landmarks and fitted to the radiographic edges.

AI landmark suggestions

A model trained on the Aariz dataset proposes landmark positions; every point is reviewed and confirmed by the clinician before anything is calculated.

Professional reports

Two-page PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Excel exports carrying the practice name, clinician and logo. Cases are saved to the cloud and can be reopened on any device.

Cephalometric superimposition

Overall (S–N, FH, N–Ba or structural cranial-base contours), maxillary (ANS–PNS or structural) and mandibular (Go–Me or symphyseal structural) superimposition of T1/T2/T3 records: rigid, calibration-aware registration, manual refinement with approval, displacement vectors, regional change tables and longitudinal comparison.
